COVID-19.

Yes. Our webshop is open for orders as normal.

At the moment we send out packages every day. Our shipping partners has not informed about delays. So expect your normal delivery time on 2-3 working days. 

We handle every package with care. Precautions has been made, and we are following the guidelines given by the Danish government and WHO. 

Shipping and returns.

Shipping in DK is free. For the rest of Europe we charge 120DKK/16EURO. For international orders, please write us an email on: contact@isnurh.com and we will find the best solution for you!

We ship to all countries so far. We have not had an order we couldn’t ship out yet. If our existing shipping options does not work to your destination. Let us know on contact@isnurh.com and we will find a way.

If you regret your purchase or just want to exchange to a different size, please let us know on contact@isnurh.com

We will give you are return code to write on your package. Bring the package to your nearest DAO service point

ISNURH allows returns and exchanges for up to 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unwashed, undamaged and unworn, with all original tags attached. Original invoice must be provided with any return. Should you wish to exchange or return, the shipping will be paid by ISNURH.

Once the returned product arrives at ISNURH it will be inspected by our team. If the person representing ISNURH determines that the products are not in the original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted, and the item will be returned to you.

Payments.

We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to pay with your favourite payment method. We accept all major cards:

Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro

We are also fully integrated with Mobilepay. Which makes all purchases much easier for Danish residents. 

We also accept ISNURH giftcards
